The O-Shot
The O-Shot is an injectable that uses growth factors from your blood to promote sexual health and wellness and addresses gynecological concerns. The injectable contains PRP, which stands for platelet-rich plasma.
Platelet-rich plasma contains growth factors and regenerative properties that can naturally renew the vaginal tissue and, in doing so, promote women’s health without any side effects. How does it work?
Since this treatment only uses PRP in an injectable form to deliver results, we must derive the platelet-rich plasma from the blood through a standard blood draw. Then, we’ll place the sample in a device called a centrifuge which will spin the blood rapidly for several minutes to separate the growth factors from the rest of your blood so we can prepare it in an injectable form.
Before administering the injectable, we will apply a numbing cream to the injection sites to promote a comfortable experience. Then, we will make a series of strategic injections into different areas of the vaginal tissue. You’ll be free to resume your normal daily activities as soon as the treatment is over.
